    Antarctic glaciers (Schiarse, Polarforschung) have grown while Arctic have shrunk.

    EDIT: Also, watching Las Vegas grow and Lake Mead shrink is very interesting.

    Talking to dad today, I realized he actually did walk miles to get to school. About 7 miles each way. It was a nice walk though. It was fun to plot it while he described the path he took.
