How much are you going to save? Just buy a new one. Or buy an iPad2. The iPad3 has a nicer screen and some hardware improvements. While the screen is a nice upgrade, I'm not sure if the hardware improvements have been that significant. My iPad2 still operates flawlessly. The iPad2 is slightly thinner and lighter and IIRC, a battery charge may even last longer, so not only is it a bit cheaper but there are a couple very limited advantages.Originally posted by Y84it View Post

Why buy new? I've bought two refurbed ipads. Both looked brand new and have functioned flawlessly. I bought an iPad Mini over the weekend. MJ took iPad on a trip and I've always wanted a second (his/hers) so I bit the bullet and got the mini. I gotta say, I like it much more than the full size iPad. Much lighter and easier to hold and just as smooth and seamless. It's also easier to hide the screen while playing games at church.

Buying an iPad here soon.
I love my iPad. But I think the Kindle Fire HD is superior to the iPad mini. I can't really say why. The mini felt awkward in my hands and was visually unsatisfying.
