Kind of funny, but I think Ian's the substitute host who I like the least.
But George has really grown on me, and I think he does a great job with his callers.
I'm hoping he does.
Here's to Art kicking ass and taking names.
If true, Bell will take Snory to the woodshed. Coast to Coast will be toast and whatever Art's new show is called will take over the time slot.

Okay, here's an update:
The whole "Daisy's in the box" thing appears to have been an elaborate hoax - the guy had been setting it up going back several years, apparently.
The Ketchum report is still delayed. The "weeks" Dr. Ketchum anticipated in December until publication is now turning into months. There's been word that the paper is far longer than most published scientific papers, and that might be part of the issue. Nature apparently declined it 18-19 months ago, but it's been with another journal since then. There's nothing (other than continued delay) to suggest that it's not going to be published. It's just taking a hell of a long time.
There's been a cell phone video, followed with several other reports, that Rick Dyer, in connection with a British film crew, has seen up close and shot a sasquatch. Rick Dyer is the Georgia Bigfoot in a freezer hoaxer, but he is also a longtime Bigfoot hunter. Because it's Rick Dyer, I've completely discounted these accounts.
But the Rick Dyer story has been gaining traction. Supposedly, the film crew has made a documentary about the incident and is going to be presenting it at a film festival in the next few months. It was thought it would be at the South By Southwest festival next month, it it appears that's not the case. I saw a suggestion that it would actually be at the Tribeca festival in April, but I haven't seen anything to confirm that.
The buzz right now is that Rick Dyer had a known Bigfoot skeptic, Musky Allen, come to Las Vegas and see the sasquatch body. Musky has returned from the trip, and in an interview with Facebook Finding Bigfoot, he confirmed that he did see the body, that it is a real sasquatch, and that he is now a Bigfoot believer.
Here is the interview (2 parts):

Now after these were posted the other night, someone asked Dr. Jeff Meldrum about a claim Musky made - he said he made several requests to Dr. Meldrum to accompany him, but that Meldrum said he wouldn't do it without being paid his normal appearance fee ($5,500) and that all expenses were paid. Dr. Meldrum denied that any contact was made. So some are now calling hoax on Musky.
Finally, I've seen word that Dr. Sykes (the Oxford geneticist who's doing his own study on Bigfoot DNA) has confirmed a new hominid in North America, and that he has isolated sasquatch DNA. However, he is much more tight-lipped about his study (in contrast to Dr. Ketchum), and he isn't talking right now.

All right, Dr. Ketchum just sent out the bat-signal today:
This strongly suggests that this is the week her paper gets published. Stay tuned. If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.

Anyword on how the dude killed the bigfoot? They didn't mention it in the interview. That photo you showed earlier... that wasn't a leaked photo of the bigfoot was it?

The dude allegedly killed the bigfoot by shooting it through the back of the head. Supposedly the film crew with him beat the crap out of him for shooting it, because that wasn't part of the plan.If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.

This was just linked from one of the bigfoot forums:
http://www.denovojournal.com/#!news-release/c1yzj
The key words identified for the embargoed paper certainly fit with what has been revealed about Dr. Ketchum's report:
Tomorrow's Release
Title & Author(s): Embargoed - release date: 2/13/2013
Keywords: Species Identification, Human DNA Identification, Forensic Hair Analysis, Electron Microscopy, Next Generation Whole Genome Sequencing, Mitochondrial DNA
I really think this is it. Looks like tomorrow's the day.If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.
