I don't drink milk at all. I have never been diagnosed as lactose intolerant but I do remember even as a kid going to school feeling nausea from cereal and milk. As an adult it just gives me heart burn. My two little kids, at least when they were babies, seemed to have problems with cows milk too so we switched to soy milk which they still drink. I don't like the flavor or the chalky consistency, though it is not terrible over cereal.
A lot of people say that you need to get either chocolate or vanilla to overcome the taste objections, but I don't really like sweet tasting milk either. Do many of you as adults drink a lot of milk? Are there any better substitutes than regular soy?
