I don't drink milk at all. I have never been diagnosed as lactose intolerant but I do remember even as a kid going to school feeling nausea from cereal and milk. As an adult it just gives me heart burn. My two little kids, at least when they were babies, seemed to have problems with cows milk too so we switched to soy milk which they still drink. I don't like the flavor or the chalky consistency, though it is not terrible over cereal.

A lot of people say that you need to get either chocolate or vanilla to overcome the taste objections, but I don't really like sweet tasting milk either. Do many of you as adults drink a lot of milk? Are there any better substitutes than regular soy?

We have a couple of kids that are lactose intolerant. They usually drink soy milk, but have sung praises about almond milk, which I have never tried.

I drink Costco (Kirkland) vanilla soy. Took me a little while to adjust to the taste, but I like it just fine now. On cereal, in a glass, or straight from the carton.

Milk. It does a body good.

I currently have 3 gallons of milk and one quart of chocolate milk in the fridge.

Almonds and rice have nipples? Who knew?

I also love regular cow's milk, usually skim. I'll have chocolate mild quite frequently. Half and half poured over honey-nut cheerios is delish.

Excellent. I only drink 1% or higher fat content. I also will not eat cold cereal unless I have some heavy whipping cream to pour on top, usually only a tablespoon or two. Frosted mini wheats require that each square be touched by the cream.

I'm lactose intolerant. Soy milk is gross, but almond and rice milk is delightful. Even coconut milk is ok. I still need the real deal with my cookies, but that's once in a blue moon.

Soy milk will give you man boobs. I recommend almond milk.

I should start a poll to find out which is grosser... my peeing in the sink, or your drinking 'milk' from the carton.

Ummm... this one is easy. Drinking from the carton is very acceptable.

Man boobs on a man look normal. I think you mean to say 'lady-boobs' on a man, because that seldom looks good.
