    Elf on a Shelf

Damn vermin took out my 8 ft juniper under the cover of darkness. My children are questioning everything they know. Time to call the exterminator.

The maple syrups were all gifts from my mom. She thinks I love the stuff. The Hungry Jack is just a small microwave safe bottle that we kept that we refill with Aunt Jemima from Costco or Sam's.

My wife and I celebrated Christmas Adam for the 10th year in a row. For the past few years it has been the day we do secret Santa with the kids. I guess it has now become a thing and not an afterthought.

This seems like a great thread to add questionable holiday traditions.

            N. The day before Christmas Eve. A pun "invented" by the 4 or 5 year old Ms. Vega, (and countless other children who consider Laffy Taffy wrappers to be excellent humor resources) but not mentioned by many people over the age of 7.
