    html help

So, I have been putting together an html newsletter for a company for years using Dreamweaver. They have reorganized the company recently and now want to have four smaller newsletters sent to employees from each of their sites instead of one big newsletter sent to everyone. They want me to create a template that could be used at each site, using a program that would be accessible to all employees, such as MS Word.

I have been messing around with MS Word and am running into several problems. Has anyone here ever created an html e-mail in MS Word or is anyone really familiar with MS Word and can offer some insights for me?

Or, does anyone know of another accessible program that could work for creating an html e-mail template?

    Thanks!
What's to explain? It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.

The last time I looked at html output from Word, I couldn't believe how bloated their content was. Best case is to tell them to train people in Dreamweaver. If they don't like that, show them how much it would cost to implement a system like FatWire. If all else fails, google 'wysiwyg html editors' and see what comes up. I see TinyMCE in use from time to time.
