I think it's bogus. If someone is 'walking' and 'climbing' stairs while filming, there is no jumping or bumping around on the video. When passing people, it's like the dude is floating.
I'm calling it a fake. There is no way in $@%! that they could just float over those little missing pieces of trail or walk on the beam like that without the film going all over the place and jumping around. Fake fake fake.

It kind of reminds me of Barenschutzklamm in Austria. Most of the hike is up wooden stairs that have been built into the rock. It was probably my favorite hike I've ever done.
