Ah Snipe. I have a mental image of Snipe that makes me laugh everytime I read one of his posts.

FTR, I've only been banned from CB twice and once was for posting in a thread that got banned (so I got banned by default) and the other was for "trolling" when I tried to bump CB up over a certain number of posts in a month. I've even had some riske posts over there and none have been caught or maybe the innuendo was to hidden.

My only beef for advocating against that.. Is they don't make sinks low enough for all of us. Until sinks are lowered to a respected level for all of us I will refuse to endorse this..

the truth is this. A poll of that nature would garner a lot of responses and get a lot of exposure. Like any good Mormon, Jefe doesn't want the world to know that Mormons think/talk about or do that kind of stuff. Like BYU, CB is an ensign to the world for the church, we have an image to fabricate protect.

They're obviously not suspending people for a long enough time. The forums that I'm familiar with that suspend people do it for a week. Then you're kind of on probation for a while after that.

Actually, the forum that I spend the most time at has the "three strikes" rule. Say something inappropriate and you're warned that it is now "strike one". Keep it up and it's "strike two". One more and you're permanently banned from the site forever.

I managed to get banned forever from ducatimonster.org for suggesting to people that there was a better forum after Vertical Scope took them over and wrecked it.
