I loved Bill Walton. RIP.

I would put him in top three college players of all time and his game against Memphis in the 1973 Championship game as the greatest college game ever. It's to bad he couldn't stay healthy.

Morgan Spurlock died at age 53 from cancer... I blame McDonalds' food.

His raging alcoholism might have something to do with it too.

Very sad that Bill Walton has died. He was my age (71) and a really good dude. He had a long fight with prostate cancer. People, make sure you get your PSA checked and stay on top of that. It's beatable but too often the victim is unaware he has it until it has spread.

Bill Walton was the only autograph I ever waited in line for. He signed a school report I did on him back in 1973. When he was drafted by the Trail Blazers - it was one of the happiest days of my life. I wished he'd buy the house next door - so I could mow his lawn. On June 6th 1977 - the Blazers won the NBA Championship - coming from 2 games down to win 4 in a row.

I will always love his stories.
