I posted this yesterday and was told it was yesterday's news. (For any falafels who might be counting at home, that's two yesterdays in one sentence.)

I figured it would have been posted. I did an advanced title search for "smok*" and didn't see it.

I guess... but you could have counted the third form of yesterday if you included your parenthetical. Two is just.... boring.

Last night on the Manila news they did a story about the 5 and 6 year olds who are addicted to what is basically the Filipino version of meth. Seeing small kids tweeking was heart breaking.

                  Care to rephrase that sentence?

"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

In Tacloban back in the late 80s I didn't see kids tweaking but there were plenty that smoked. In Thailand, glue and paint were popular with the under-12 crowd.

Glue and paint are still popular. In Makati at almost every stop light there are little kids out begging 24 hours a day. Glue is there preferred choice I've been told. It always makes me sad. Little kids mostly under 5 years old, high, and begging for their parents on very busy and dangerous streets.
