Last night on the Manila news they did a story about the 5 and 6 year olds who are addicted to what is basically the Filipino version of meth. Glue and paint are still popular. In Makati at almost every stop light there are little kids out begging 24 hours a day. Glue is there preferred choice I've been told. It always makes me sad.
