Ice cream cake in the face

I've had a few thoughts to get back at one of my bosses over the years. But this guy takes the cake:

The manager went to pick up a ringing phone, no one was on the other line, and when he turned around he unexpectedly found himself face-to-face with an "80-ounce sheet of cake."

Do you think this dude thought it would be a funny way to leave? I doesn't sound like he was fired, so I'm wondering whether he was pissed about something.

I like how "foreign" newpapers often give you the home address of person in the article.
Edit: Did this happen in New Hampshire?! I'm surprised to see the address then.

Adam Porter, 30, of 42 North Main St. Apt. 4, pleaded not guilty in District Court Monday to allegations of misdemeanor simple assault and criminal mischief.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Dig your own grave, and save!

The best part is he's charged with "criminal mischief."

If you are a clown, at a real live circus, throwing a pie or cake in someone's face can potentially be funny, I guess. In any other situation, whther you are a groom at a wedding, a European political protestor, or a worker at Friendly's, try to resist the temptation. It's stupid.
