  • I feel icky.

I just bought a FABULOUS purple paisley dolman-sleeved bateau-neck rayon top clearanced for THREE DOLLARS. Yes, as in $3.00.

But I got it at Walmart. Worse, it's from the "Miley Cyrus" collection.

It's super cute, but I keep looking in the mirror thinking somehow everyone will be able to tell.

I buy clothes at Wal*Mart all the time, though not from the Miley Cyrus collection.

Why not? Some of it is FABULOUS! My seven-year-old daughter really likes the paisley stuff.

out of curiosity, what does it mean when your husband says, in his most tentative voice, "wow, um, I've never seen you wear anything like...uh, that before."

Was he trying to watch something on TV when you ask his opinion? If so it means nothing.

I know what a purple paisley rayon top is, but am clueless about the donut-sleeve and batter-neck.

What, are you kidding?? I never ask Flash's opinion of what I wear. He offered his commentary when he arrived home from the Church of the Eastern Star (bucks).

Yeah, this is Mrs. Funk, not Mpfunk. I'm sure he doesn't give a damn about purple paisley. But he's logged into his account on my computer. Anyway . . .

Meh, sometimes one finds cute clothes in the most unlikely of places.

Though Wal-Mart is icky, I agree. As is Miley Cyrus.

ME?? I don't think I've ever modeled anything. Well, that BYU hat, but that was different.

I think you must be mistaking me for niku. (Although honestly, purple's not really his color.)
