Doesn't matter where I go, I always google "Best pancakes in (fill in the city)." Then I make it a priority to get there. Pancakes are my kryptonite....they weaken my knees.

My kids had a great time as well. My daughter, who is a little peanut, ate 2 pancakes by herself! It was fun checking out the local talent as well. I have never seen so many mullets and Nascar swag in one place my whole life.
