The afterbirth dairy cows like to eat it but we usually try to get it out of the way. Haven't had any beef cows calve yet were I work though some are showing signs. Try not to have them calve before the end of February. Some will start now that it is cold. Had bulls get in in april and had a few January calves. When it was cold no less. Some will this week though.
