    Amazing Youtube video

    The winner of "Ukraine's Got Talent", a 24 year old woman named Kseniya Simonova, is shown drawing a series of pictures on an illuminated sand table. Her art tells a story of how ordinary people were affected by the German invasion during WWII.

      Very cool. I'm amazed at how fast she can work and the clarity of her images, despite being drawn with sand. Her performance is very passionate and evocative, too.

              That actually choked me up. It's the most beautiful art I've seen in a long time.

                      I'm totally fascinated by people who make this kind of transient art (is that the right term?) Art that is temporary. There's a movie called RIVERS AND TIDES that follows this guy around who makes art using things he finds in nature and are not built to last very long.
