I wasn't receiving any texts or calls all day, although all outbound texts/calls went through.
I tried all of the tips to fix it online and nothing worked. I love the iPhone but absolutely hate AT&T. I loved the irony of being at the Oklahoma game with a billion AT&T ads all over the stadium, but not being able to use my iPhone.
Anyway, I took it to the AT&T store. They said they had over 50 people come in with the same problem. They said some phones weren't communicating with the network. Whatever. Just fix the phone. They gave me a new sim card and now it's fine.
They called me today to make sure things were fine. In the middle of the conversation, the call was dropped. So classic.
She called me back. The girl told me she'll give me a $25 credit on my bill. I said I wouldn't complain if she gave me a $250 credit. She said she'll go $50.
