Given the number of young, college-age people at the MTC at any given time, there's a remarkably small amount of spanking going on between them, in fact there's probably been no spanking performed on each other in the history of the MTC I'd venture to say.

I asked the other elders in the room if they felt the earthquake and only the guy in the bunk above me said he "felt" it.
