    Chest tattoos on women

I need a ruling from the judges is it appropriate to acknowledge, look at, or ask about a tattoo on a woman located on or near her chest when part is clearly showing? I often ask about and comment on patient's ink as part of my usual small talk. I especially like funny or unique tattoos, one of my favorites is a 400 pound man with all the Scooby Doo characters on both forearms. However, I'm never sure it is ok to recognize anything on or near the burning bosom.

My cousin has skulls and roses across her chest. She also has a tattoo of Robert Smith. Well technically two. One is a portrait on her shoulder and the other are his eyes which are on the backs of her knees. She's pretty rad and I love her.

As I feel with most tats people get them because they really really want attention, much like beards, so I think you will disappoint if you do not comment on it.

Though#26 is a handsome and articulate man, my guess she went with the Edward Scissorhands-like lead singer for "The Cure" Smith. Personally I think the former Buckeye would have been a better choice.

I have a rule never to comment on any part of the physical person of a subordinate or client. There's just a little bell that goes off in my head when I feel the urge to go there. I think it's a good rule. However, when a woman tells me that I look great today I always like it. Strange irony.

Yes, it is truly ironic when a woman tells you that you look great.

Whenever I see a chest tattoo on a beautiful woman I always get the urge to rub it out.
