Everyone has hot streaks in life, sometimes its at work, school or in sports. Right now I have a good friend that is on the hot streak of a lifetime. His current hot streak is winning things off the radio.
Since July 17th he has now won 26 sets of concert tickets on various radio stations. Most stations only allow you to win once every 30 days so he has used various names as well, in fact I have won 4 sets thanks to him.

He won 3 sets of Pearl Jam tickets just last week. Today he won Creed/Staind tickets, he has won American Idol tour tix, Nickelback, Def Leppard, and various other artists. He has also played in the 1280 the zone poker tournament every week (which you have to call in to qualify for) and has won it once and finished top 3 each time. We just sat down and added up everything he has won recently.
26 sets of concert tickets (he has sold them all for well over $1000)
- American Idol made $150
- Dave Matthws made $80
- The Fray made $40
- 3 separate sets of Nickelback tickets made $125 on each one
- 3 separate sets of Def Leppard made $80 on each one
- 4 separate sets of Deathlock made $80 on each set
- 3 sets of Pearl Jam made $140 on each set
- Set of Chevelle tickets still not sold
- Creed/Staind tickets guy coming tomorrow $110 on those
The rest are small bands I have never heard of.
