One suggestion that might make our site even stronger......it would be nice to have some sort of thread dedicated to BYU football articles (or basketball or whatever). Is there a way to do this? Can we set up something that tracks down articles about the BYU Cougars? We can have a similar thread for the Utes. I know Yardtime takes care of CougarUpdate over on CB (or at least he used to), but we don't have any such function here.

I always liked cougarfan for the great links to all articles BYU-related.

I am not sure of how we would do it or what the format would be, but throwing it out there as a potential new thing to add to our arsenal. Now that football season is upon us, it would really be a handy tool to be able to come here and use CUF as a media portal for all our BYU or Utah football needs.

    Thoughts?
    Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

There's got to be vbulletin addons for something like a google news RSS feed ... so you can probably have automatic posting of articles that google news picks up for something like "byu+football".

My thought, and this is just me, is that I would love for your to track down BYU articles and post them for us. But I don't know how others feel about that. But I'm sure they appreciate the offer!
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

I participate in an Alabama vbulletin forum. They have a news bot and a forum dedicated solely to Bama articles.

I would appreciate something like that here.

You don't need an add-on. It is a basic part of vbulletin. Someone just give me the URL of an RSS feed and we can give it a shot.

JL, this is a great feature. Thanks for the extra effort you put in to make this site a great place....and I am a big fan of "one stop shopping".
