How does one post a poll?

Forgive my idiocy.

At the bottom of the new thread there will be a little toggle box to select a poll. Check it. Then type the body and hit submit. Instead of posting the thread it will take you to a new page where you can set up the poll question and responses. Click submit and there you go.
