I don't want to win....it totally ruins my point......my post was an actual old SU post mixed in with Borges's "Pierre Menard, author of the Quixote." I was attempting to show that the nature of authorship is totally subjective, and that you couldn't tell which post was his and which wasn't. The initial tepid reaction, until that rat-bastard YOhio withdrew from the race, to my post shows how the message doesn't matter as much as the author. There are lots of books by people that are total crap, but they sell because people are often drawn to the author more than the work.

YOhio, you screwed up my perfect plan......showing how Charlie Chaplin couldn't win his own look alike contest. If I actually win, then you suck, ....unless that was your plan all along.....then I applaud your shrewdness, and I shall cry at your funeral.

Actually, I think the passages I wrote for Borges suffer from a certain affectation, while the parts that I wrote for you show a command of the present and really offer nothing new that you couldn't have said yourself.

What makes it even worse is the knowledge that I didn't even want to win....I wanted to lose. Of course, my idea was genius, and people have recognized that aspect of it. I can't fault them. Who could?
