New BB code for embedding vines

In response to a request for help from Art Vandaley, I have added a new BB code for embedding vines. To use it, go to the advanced editor and click on the green vine icon . That will insert a vine tag. Inside the vine tag, insert the code for the vine. For example, for the following vine URL:

https://vine.co/v/eV2DvYO5U3h

you could copy and paste the last part (eV2DvYO5U3h) inside the vine tag. Then submit your post. The result looks like this:

[VINE]eV2DvYO5U3h[/VINE]
