I would have suggested a slightly less gaudy banner, perhaps even naming the board something a little more work friendly - like "Company Policies and Procedures Manual" or "Fourth Quarter Projections". That way when people walk by they could think I was actually getting some work done instead of wasting more time on ANOTHER message board.

Either way, I'm glad to be here. I look forward to an hearing an explanation about the genesis of this board.
