    Cougarstadium Thread Quirks

I did a search but couldn't find any threads on this subject.

What I see as quirky, is the angst to make sure you find an established thread to discuss what's on your mind. Of course many-a-thread has been hijacked and taken on tangents when perhaps a new thread should have been established..

Equally quirky is the rush of some to be the first to post a thread on a new current event, or to point a finger of scorn at the lack of creativity in the thread title. I actually like the fingers pointed in scorn, because I'm a sadist.

But don't go all defensive on me. I think quirks are great. Quirks are a large part of what gives us our identity.

"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

How do you post a poll? I started a new thread, then checked the box for creation of new poll, then entered in the number of options for the new poll, and no fields to enter into the possible answers to the poll shows up. I'm hesitant to hit "submit new thread" unless I know it's going to send me to a new page to fill in the poll answers.

I don't understand this thread. Are you complaining about the Search feature? Because JL is trying to fix the problem and doesn't need this kind of harassment.

Anytime you don't understand, just assume they are making fun of you. It will save time.

Additionally, if he would have spent some time searching threads he would have found this topic has been discussed, and could have put this in another thread.

                            That would be THIS thread.
