Are there also new and improved behavorial standards, where we are not supposed to flip each other off with little smilies, and be more prudent in the use of coarse and vulgar language?

I need clarification for my Internet Mission reports to Elder Packer. I'd like to spin it in a way that it looks like I'm making progress. Can I assume that this is true?
