        I would recommend that all BYU fans start sharing your LaVell Edwards stories now, because when he eventually passes (hopefully many years from now), it will be inappropriate to reminisce at that time.

        Along those lines, why do we bother with funerals or obituaries? If someone wasn't worth writing about or burying while they were alive, why bother when they're dead?

            I'm assuming you were just looking for something in that post to mock or maybe you really are that obtuse?

                      Thank you for contributing to the discussion. I apologize that I did not include you in my list of quality Ute posters. I have not seen enough of your work to come ot any sort of conclusion other than the fact that you are clearly delusional and have some sort of a BYU obsession. The fact that you admitted to filing these requests because:
                      making patently unbelievable claims in their smack talk that could be easily refuted with such a request
                      just proves my suspicion about you.

                      You are the same type of guy that would call the BYU honor code office if you had any little tidbit of information that would get a BYU athlete in trouble. We have all seen your type around here before you are nothing new or special. I can only imagine how often your BYU co-workers here that Thomas S. Monson is a ute grad or about how much money the Utes are getting for being the Pac-12.

                          The most Ute action I have ever seen this board have was when Big Rick died. Out of the blue every Ute fan on this site had some sort of story or encounter with him. Why weren't any of those shared before? Hell some of you acted like you were best friends with the man. That stuff is interesting and would have created some quality discussion.

                          Wednesday was signing day which is one of the biggest days for a college football fan, the Ute thread had 51 posts the majority by AppleJack.

                          To say the name change is killing the Ute discussion and that it is going to drive Ute fans away, I think that has already been done.

                          The best Ute posters hardly visit anymore. In fact the best Ute sports posters left on this site are MRD, JIC, Funk and sadly Topute. The rest of you would rather bitch and moan about City Creek, racists church leaders, and who offended you at church over the weekend.

                          If someone really is trying to start up another board, good luck. If you think this site is cougarboard 2.0, this new Ute board is going to be cougarguard 2.0. Go take a look at that site, I hope you have an admin with a lot of time on his hands that likes to hear his own voice.

                            No AP art history when I was there, but if she was an art teacher, that would explain why I didn't have her. Never took art.
