As you may have noticed, we just deleted a thread related to some concerns about a teacher. We understand and sympathize with the poster's desire to solicit feedback on an important issue, but given the potential legal ramifications and concerns over privacy we are not comfortable having issues like this discussed on this board, especially in an open forum.

Let's not pretend this is unique to my organization. It is some jackass corporate lawyer that decided that it would be a good idea to force me to push a button to agree not to sue my carmaker EVERY STINKING TIME I turn on the radio (with a nav system) in my car. And it was another corporate lawyer that put a cover on the blade of my chain saw that I have to remove that informs me that I shouldn't attempt to stop the moving blade with my hand. Really?
