statman swoops in to snatch the bronze medal with an NTS of 12.18. Also a goose-egg rating of 2.38.
Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

93 New thread starts, with 30 of those being in the bike shop. It should be 94 and 31, but one of my epic threads (weekend ride report, 1st edition) mysteriously disappeared without a trace earlier this year. I think someone was feeling threatened by all of the lycra contained in that thread and deleted it to avoid having it overtake the (former post leader) Lakers thread.Last edited by bluegoose; 06-20-2011, 04:20 PM.

I thought really hard about putting this reply in a new thread but I didn't want anybody's head to explode so I put it here. I do find this board to be interesting / unusual in this way. Most boards hate threadjacking and new threads are the rule vs. the exception. Here seems to be the opposite. Which is okay. Just different."It's true that everything happens for a reason. Just remember that sometimes that reason is that you did something really, really, stupid."

mine is 1.54 (if I did the math right)
I may be small, but I'm slow.
A veteran - whether active duty, retired, or national guard or reserve is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to, "The United States of America ", for an amount of "up to and including my life - it's an honor."
