Icon Needed

I need a 16x16 pixel icon to use for this website. It will appear in the address bar of your browser, just to the left of the URL. Right now it is just displaying the browser default. I am thinking that some combination of a blue Y and a red U would be good. If any of you have a knack for that sort of thing, I would appreciate some help.

Any way you can save it in *.ico format? gif won't work.

I don't know of an .ico format. Photoshop won't save it out like that. Is there another format that works?

We can inspire our teams with the pride of toggling the icon for CUF. 3 chances per year, 1 FB and 2 BB.
Maybe add some "kill" stickers to page banner for each victory over the years. (Like fighter planes have).
