Now what I need to do is write script for Excel that will let you select a table in a spreadsheet and copy it to the clipboard in the format shown above. That would be pretty easy, actually.

This should make things much easier if you want to bring in a large table. Manually parsing a table into the bb code format would be a pain in the arse.
