I like the new heading much better than the seizure-inducing old one, but what's with the Ute domination? The Ute portion of the background is clearly 1 cm longer, not to mention it portrays PLAYERS and not a bunch of empty helmets.

I'm all for the inclusion of the minority little brother to make him feel a little more comfortable, but this is too much.

My suggestion: Steve Young on one side and say, Ryan Kaneshiro on the other?

Both sides are 400 pixels with a 20 pixel fade in the center, and a 15 pixel gradient to white on the outside. They are (or should be) exactly equal.

The Ute side may seem more dominant because of the prominence of the red, however the "Y" side shows the BYU logo more clearly and "Cougar" is much longer than "Ute".

Also red is a more dominant on screen color by nature. Not much you can do about that.

Ok, the red is a more dominant color, making it artificially appear lengthier. The "blue" on the other hand is done in this weird gray color.

Here's the solution--mute the red color similarly to a nice shade of say...puse? Pink? I'll be happy with either.

I'm sure Poke would like some Cowboy representation with it's shit brown and piss yellow colors and I myself wouldn't mind seeing a little of the surf turf blue but it is what it is. I will take my victories on the field and you Utah schools can fight over the name size on this banner.
