I've wondered that. I've worried that she was hinting at some kind of eternal concatenation that involved us (there is no us). Her use of words in the image, like Picasso's early work with Georges Brague, serves to situate the image in the verbal realm.

She said something about having teeny-tiny fingers, but the first explanation is way more interesting than her trying to prove to us that she was a woman by showing us her itsy-bitsy wedding ring.

I'm just disappointed that s/he lacks sensitivity for the capitalization (or lack thereof) in certain people's names.
