Maybe if I showed you my ROI in my Roth you'd get pissed at someone else tonight instead of me.

I am not mad at you. What would I have to be mad at.

I have friends that win everytime they go to Vegas, or so they tell me. So I am sure your ROI is impressive and I am happy for you.

So, Shakey accepts an invitation to join several of us for dinner last week, but you dislike him. Thank you for this additional biographical info.

I know you're not mad at me....but something's bugging you.

Seriously wuap, nothing is bugging me. I did have a great day. Thought this was going to be a rough month business wise, but as of Friday it is going great. Haven't had any calls from the kids needing money or mention of any kind of problems.

I have always felt a little funny about talking degradingly about someone when they aren't around. I am not saying I don't do it, but it is an uneasy feeling so I expressed myself in my usual calm sensitive manner.

When I am in a good mood, I don't mind going at it with even my friends. I know because of the mood I am in, they can't say anything that will hurt my feelings. So, whether you believe me or not, I am in a very good mood.

Hey, if everybody is looking for ways to get rid of their money, I know an excellent young man whose five-year plan involves a six-figure debt and wouldn't mind an investment.

                Cash preferred. Thanks.

I'll call the liar. I do remember watching you on Bloomberg TV. That should make you at least partly famous, probably more smart, but still, partly famous.
"Don't expect I'll see you 'till after the race"

"So where does the power come from to see the race to its end...from within"

Who among us hasn't been on Bloomberg TV?

At any given time, I bet 2,000 people (max) are watching Bloomberg TV.

I guess having the Wall Street Journal writing up my fund and putting my ugly mug in their paper qualifies as semi-famous in the biz world.

It's a crying shame you couldn't finish what you started and became a doctor...you'd be using your portuguese to make real money with me.

Just because you invited him to dinner, doesn't mean he's not a total prick.

Don't mind you not liking him. However, no one I consider a good friend deserves to be called a total prick. Call him that again and I will have to add you to the list of folks I consider a total butt hole.

I'd also like to apologize to some of you on the board...I have a bit of a jackass/mean streak inherited from my mom's side of the family...sorry that I can be a dick sometimes.

So is this a kind of "takes one to know one" thing?

With my limited interaction with Shakey, I think he is a pretty great guy. I don't think he'll put up with crap though, which I respect a lot.
