Hello. I was told to introduce myself, so here I am. I'm a long time lurker to CUF, mostly in the Foyer, which pretty much mirrors my Sunday churchgoing experience.
How did you find CUF?
Stumbled upon it in a google search. Although I'm a closet fan of Portland Ute's sunny and optimistic disposition, so his presence here helps.
What do you like about CUF?
The Foyer.
What don't I like about CUF?
Not sure yet. Most of the cougarboarders and uf.n peeps here seem like the decent sort.
How did you choose your moniker?
I stole it from something Bill Frost said in the 1990's. I have a weird memory and weirded sense of humor.
What do you do (other than read CUF)?
I'm a marketing guy.
How many States have you lived in?
Four states: MA, CA, UT, WY
What are your sports loyalties?
I like the Utes but my true love is the San Francisco Giants. I'm utterly bored by the BYU-Utah rivalry.
What's your standing in the church?
Semi-active LDS. Like the church as a means to do nice things for other people. Like the community as long as I'm in a ward outside of Utah County. Have MAJOR problems with a lot of the doctrine, but have come to the conclusion that doctrinal inconsistencies probably don't matter in the grand scheme of things. I guess we'll all find out who was right one day anyway.
