    Hi, My Name is Jim

    How did you find CUF?

My good friend Scottie told me about CUF some time ago. But it’s taken me this long to finally register.

What do you like about CUF?

It’s not CB. I was once given a lifetime ban on CB for suggesting that at a Cougar Club fund raiser auction, they should auction off a round of beers with Marcus Whalen followed by an introduction to females arraigned by BJ Mathis. That apparently didn’t go over well, so they suspended one of my monikers for a life time. They really have no sense of humor over there.

What don't I like about CUF?

It looks like neither Kugrmaniac nor Y’z Guy have made it here yet.

How did you choose your moniker?

It’s the name of the Provo, Utah real estate agent in Fletch.

What do you do (other than read CUF)?

Work in the beautiful profession, coach youth sports with my kids, violate the Word of Wisdom, dream about what it would be like to be Jimmy Page in his prime.

How many States have you lived in?

Five. California, Virginia, Maryland, Nevada, and Utah.

    What are your sports loyalties?

    BYU, Padres

What's your standing in the church?

Non-believer. But I still attend and presently hold down two callings. I am highly influenced by the writings of Joseph Campbell. I see truth in the church, but I don’t believe in its literal truthfulness.

I remember you over on CB. They have a habit of chasing off some good posters.

Welcome, glad to have you here.

Welcome, Jim. I am pleased you chose the pellegrino-approved template, complete with the appropriate bolded questions, to introduce yourself. Should I ever need a real estate in the bubble, fake or not, you'll be at the top of the list.

              welcome, welcome

I may be small, but I'm slow.

A veteran - whether active duty, retired, or national guard or reserve is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to, "The United States of America ", for an amount of "up to and including my life - it's an honor."

If no one else is going to acknowledge this, very clever.
"Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. His actions are supposed to reflect his ethical code.

Wow, wuap is delighted by something DDD posts. I never thought I would live to see the day where you could enjoy his gentle musings. Watch out lamb and lion, soon you will be lying together!

He probably eats meat during the summer and when there is plenty of food in the cupboard.

By the way, Hello and welcome Jim.

I have a weakness for mild barley drinks.

By the way, we did some scrapbooking the other day, and I was delighted to put your Christmas cards into our Christmas photo book. This is old-school scrapbooking, gluing stuff into a book, not all fancy like. Please keep us on the list.
