Make sure you pick up a crimson shirt, too. For going out on the town in Dallas.

Those things are on clearance racks in almost every sports store.

Nonono. Not THOSE ones. The blank ones.

(Incidentally, I'm dreading the day that my son realizes he doesn't want to be sporting official gear from the previous year's bowl-game-loss. Every March I stock his closet full of crimson at 85% off.)

Medium, which is also a kind of big deal.
How in the world do you fit in a medium? Wow. That thing must be skin tight. Maybe that's why SHW digs it!

Foot Locker always has some nice T's around 5 for 20 bucks.

Old Navy usually has some good deals too.

Although I always buy them an extra size bigger because they always shrink in the dryer.

You want to really look great for your girl, you take a nice colored t-shirt - not a cheap one, mind you, one a little heavier and cut a little better - just fitted enough to show off the arms and chest; then you pair it with your best-fitting black slacks, black leather belt and shoes.
              Oh. My.

I second all these comments. Another reason you might need to buy one size larger or get something tailored or a special cut is because of garments. For guys, some t-shirts can have too short of sleeves for the holy garment of the priesthood. And don't even think about rolling them!!!

Not to threadjack, but Gidget's comments reminded me of a very common LDS male fashion "no no," even amongst the supposed trendy: crew-neck garments.

Crew-neck garments are only acceptable underneath a dress shirt and tie (particularly helpful in avoiding the eternal smile under white dress shirts) or some other high-necked shirt under which the crew neck is not visible. Under no circumstances is a visible crew-neck garment collar acceptable. Wearing crew-neck garments under a t-shirt: tacky. Wearing crew-neck garments under a button-down shirt with the top button undone: tacky. Wearing crew-neck garments under a v-neck sweater? <vomit>

I see the crew neck gs all the time and every time I wonder what that person was thinking. The super thick collar met by the ultra-thin material makes for an odd juxtaposition.

I'm sorry but the visible line from scoop necks are far tackier than the crew neck tops with a collared shirt.

Ah well, I'm not ashamed to be tacky. Crew neck tops are the only tops I have.

I always wonder why the women get shorter sleeves than the men. It irks me a lot as I have several t-shirts that with a little shift in the shirt the sleeve starts to peek out of the bottom. Often I have to take the shirt off and put it back on to get the adjustment right.

Scoop-neck eternal smiles are FAR worse than a little white ring sticking up above your outer shirt. I'm with you.
