I'm sure you were saying things like this about Utah's basketball team 10 years ago and look where you're at now. Fortunately, I think Whit's going to stick around longer than Big Rick.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Why should anyone here care what you think is "fortunate" for the Utah program?

So, you've already got the WNBA beat? Congrats! Is Lisa Leslie still the front runner for MVP. Are the stories true about Shamique Torosi Parker's record-breaking 6 year $300,000 contract true?

You don't have to frost your tips, wear jorts and Nike golf shirts and have a penchant for talking on the radio about how John Stockton was the best "pound for pound point guard of all time" for people to care about what you think.

And I say fortunately because Utah is not a destination job for anyone that isn't local and the PAC affiliation isn't going to change that.

Two things, from what I can tell:

                        1. Mess with people's thread titles.

                        2. Tell the general membership to f-off.

It wasn't an election, it was a poorly worded poll. You intellectuals are so touchy.

Not the general membership, just a special, elect few.

It's a very small club with rigorous entry requirements.
                                Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
