This kind of thing happens all the time. A few weeks ago I was walking with a group of people towards the Hertz shuttle, and we were passing through the Avis area. For no reason these Avis people started jeering at us. Then this dude with an Avis pin on his jacket gets in the face of this little crippled kid in our group. He trips the crippled kid, puts his cigarette out on the kid's withered limb, rubs excrement in his face, and yells, "Take that you Gold Card Loving Mother Fucker!!"
