A lot of the bubble teams are getting to their respective conference title games and then getting blown out. George Mason & St. Marys are the most recent examples.

The thing that will hurt the MWC the most is if a middle of the road Big East or ACC team makes a run like Maryland or Georgetown.

All that said, I think the MWC is still looking at 3 bids...4 at the absolute most. The loser of SDSU/UNLV is heading to the NIT.
