The Super WAC lasted what 3 seasons? The Big East basketball conference has been talking contraction for awhile. So what's the over under before the Big 13 and Pac 16 are done?

The big problem with the old WAC was how there was no logical way to split it up into divisions and keep everyone happy and make it competitive.
The Pac 10/Big 12 marriage really seems perfect for that. Toss the AZ schools over, who no one cares about it, and it's really more of two separate leagues sharing a TV contract and holding a championship game.Comment

I wasn't comparing the two. Just giving a yardstick. I fully understand the difference between the two.
