  • BYU Loss Wish

I hereby wish a BYU loss against Oregon State tonight. (If this works I may try it again sometime.)

Are you just stating your wish here, or are you also burning/killing/blowing out candles to help your wish?

Have you employed this technique over the past ten times or so that BYU has played Utah in a major sport? If so, please continue. Your batting average is similar to Joe Shlabotnik's.

The last 10 meetings is only the last 4 years. It conveniently includes the Giacoletti years and excludes the Crowton and Urban Meyer eras.

How about the last 10 seasons (2000-2009 for football, 1999-2000 through 2008-2009 for basketball)
              • The football series is 5-5
              • The basketball series is 12-10 for Utah (they met twice in the conference tournament accounting for the extra 2 games).

I think this may have backfired. Maybe you should try throwing pennies in a well next time.

yeah-- wouldn't an apathetic person at least have the ramifications of a conference mate's victory over a BCS conference opponent in mind?

It worked great! Thanks! You should do this for every BYU game.
