I just made my predictions for this weeks games. Doesn't look like there are any really great match ups. I guess Oklahoma - Miami should be a good one, but I expect Oklahoma to come out of there with a win. I'm waiting for VT to lose, but it's not going to happen this week. And Boise playing UC-Davis??? WTF??? I had no idea they had a football team. Goodness.

They have a team, but none of the players wear any shoes.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

LSU/UGA will be a great game. Auburn/Tennessee intrigues me. and USC/Cal will be very interesting. A loss for either team will really sink their season.

Miami will be without both of their starting safeties, so Landry Jones will have a big day.

I think we should refer to Dr. Lou from here on out as Lou L. Holtz, his speeches are as good as most GC addresses.

LSU/UGA is going to have a combined score of 28. A great game will be declared by all SEC enthusiasts. I will be unimpressed. You are right about the USC/Cal match-up, though. A loss for either will really hurt and for sure knock the loser out of contention for the PAC-10 title. I have nothing to say about Auburn/Tennessee.

I like what Petros always says about these SEC games that set football back decades. I picked the score to this game 17-10 on the pick 'em contest and will probably be high. It will really be 10-6 and ESPN will be near tears about how great of a game it was.

Neither of these defenses are especially good. The money line is at 50.5, and it wouldn't surprise me if they hit the over.

Like the great South Carolina and Ole Miss defenses last week?

Duke is tied with VaTech early, and Michigan St leads Michigan. Both are results I don't expect to hold.

I picked the Spartans. They came within a hair of beating Notre Dame, this is their rivalry game, and these 4-0 Wolverines are not your 2006 4-0 Wolverines. Plus this is Michigan's first road game; what a luxury it must be to rarely leave home before October.

Michigan beat Notre Dame, and Notre Dame beat Mich St, so Michigan > Michigan St.

Remember when Alabama was considered possibly the best team in the top 10? They have 30 total yards halfway through the 2nd quarter and somehow lead 7-6 over Kentuckuy. They look pitiful.
