OMG. We suddenly have an embarrassment of riches at WR after Dax heads out to the NFL. Let's hope we can get one of our QBs in the stable to replicate a fraction of ZW's productivity...

Happy for the Cougs, but sad for a friend of mine who is a PWO WR and hasn't been feeling the love since returning from his mish. This may be the nail in the coffin for his football career. But go Cougs!

That's too bad. He's too early in his career to do that.

New video board planned for south endzone. It will be similar in size to Texas' new videoboard at 131' x 48'. Awesome

                I want bigger.
                Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. So . . . back to football! What's the word on spring ball?

You can still buy tickets to the spring practice game on Friday at 6pm for $10. Have to mask up.

My time slot for ordering season football tickets was this past Thursday at 12:17 p.m. The seats I usually buy were already taken and everything in the section where I usually sit was completely sold out. I've never seen the available selection so limited before. Not sure what it means for the season but it looks to be a stellar year for season ticket sales.

Things that could contribute to the jump in season ticket sales:
                        1. A return to football post-COVID - people are starved for the in-person full game experience
                        2. The stadium donor babies that must exercise their purchase rights at least once every two years didn't do it last year so there are lots of them that have to buy this year in order to maintain their seats.
                        3. A pretty nice home schedule: Utah, Arizona State, South Florida, Boise State, Virginia, Idaho State. Only the last game is really a dog.

Anyway, best of luck to those of you that are still waiting for your selection date - hopefully you get seats in your preferred section.

Between a poorly timed trip to Europe and a military school, I'm going to miss it all except the Utah game.
