Sassinator. If you must know, it is simply a battle cry/school saying. "Fight On" is the school fight song, the school motto, and something that everyone says to each other when they see each other, almost akin to Hello or Goodbye.

The V is for victory.

It is most commonly associated with the Tribute to Troy fanfare that is played during games, as the team enters the stadium, etc. Everyone does the V sign in unison (as well as during other songs).
