Always hard to say, but since he is the QB coach, he has to be given a substantial amount of credit for Hill's improvement, IMO.

I hate that because you only gain like 15 yards of field position. I'd rather try a long FG or try to pick up the first. That's kind of no man's land as far as punting. I wouldn't punt between the 40 and 30 if they aren't confident in the FG kicker between that spot.
