One of you is wrong, possibly both. The jerseys don't have any pink.

He didn't say the pink on the jerseys looks terrible. He said the [bereft of pink] jerseys look terrible with the pink [helmets, socks, shoes, etc.].

And all in does not mean everything pink. Like even the numbers? Stop being dumb.

I'll reiterate my point in different words. If you're going to go 95% in, you might as well go all in and make the jerseys match the uniform somehow. Otherwise, just wear one of your uniforms with your normal colors and put a pink ribbon on it.

It took me a minute to grasp why Oregon would be wearing Orange. The article is about Oregon St. So, it appears that Orange Ducks are off-limits but not Orange Beavers.

This whole move has been a masterstroke of brilliance by Nike. Think of how many schools that are now doing alternate uniforms and helmets each season. I wonder how much money Nike has made off of this.
