You know, this has been a fun week of internet banter for me. Thanks, dudes. I used to have a BYU neighbor to banter with. He was super fun. Loved it. But then he moved away and I tried it on with a different BYU neighbor... that guy's face turned red and I thought he was gonna want to fight me or something, so I backed off there. Now I live next to a lot of people who either are fellow Utes (nice folks but lame for rivalry banter) or, more so, neighbors who really don't care about sports at all. At work, nobody has even mentioned the game this week at all.

As such, I really appreciate a place where I can come and argue with other sound-minded grown men in their 40s-70s about whose favorite team of teenagers, and tweenagers is the better ball club! Thanks, Cougarstadium!!

Yeah, hate week has been a blast this year. Other than a guy getting arrested for threatening to kill every ute fan he sees at the game, it has been surprisingly chill.

I want to go on record that I really, really love BYU..... the school. I think all BYU sports should be abolished (except for women's VB of course) and more attention given toward worthy academic pursuits that ACTUALLY benefit the world that BYU grads want to 'go forth and serve." BYU sports is just a massive distraction to that at best and at worst is an active detriment to the mission of the University.

Anyone who disagrees with this obviously does not prioritize the Church over BYU sports. Just saying.

Also, I am very, very serious in this opinion. Like, really serious, guys.
