I'm going to be honest here, this is a good hire for Michigan. Utah was exceptionally lucky to have KW as long as they did.

As much as it would suck to lose Jay Hill, Morgan Scalley is absolutely going to get it the worst at the end of all this.

Jay Hill would be super smart to go to Michigan and then take over for whit when he retires. I hope he stays though.

That assumes KW is wildly successful. He may be but he could also crash and burn. If he does crash and burn that sets back Hill on the path to a P4 HC job he wants. Granted I have blue goggles but the more certain move if Hill wants to get to a P4 HC job he would want sooner is to stay at BYU. But yes the upside of going to michigan is huge if he wants to chase it.
