Denver's been pretty active, I'm wondering if they're taking a look at Ahmad Bradshaw. There seems to be a total lack of interest in him due to his foot problems. The only need a I see for Denver at this point is shoring up RB. I think picking up Bradshaw and a RB in the draft would be a solid move.
The 49ers are supposedly in serious discussions with Louis Delmas. That would be a boom or bust signing -- he's a really good player but can't stay on the field.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

I preferred Stephen Jackson, but Bradshaw would be my second choice. I think Rashard Mendenhall is an injury prone softie that can't catch, so I'd rather go with Bradshaw if we're going to have a guy who's nicked up.Originally posted by Color Me Badd Fan View PostDenver's been pretty active, I'm wondering if they're taking a look at Ahmad Bradshaw. I think denver has really filled some needs and not spent a ton of money doing so.
At this point I'd prefer Denver to pick up a guy like Bradshaw, cut Knowshow Moreno, and grab the Michigan State kid in the draft. He's probably a mid 2nd rounder, so they might have to move up to get him. Other than that, I'd prefer BPA throughout the draft. They really need some help at MLB as well. Will donate kidney for B12 membership.

I thought Mendenhall agreed to a deal with Arizona? Looks like barring any setbacks with his physical Beanie Wells is going to Pittsburgh.Originally posted by The_Douger View PostI preferred Stephen Jackson, but Bradshaw would be my second choice. I'm just glad the Vikings are doing everything they can to make the offense better."Either evolution or intelligent design can account for the athlete, but neither can account for the sports fan." - Robert Brault

Yeah, he did sign with AZ. He was rumored to be considering Denver, and wasn't real happy about that. I've always thought Rashard Mendenhall kind of sucked and was a wuss.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostI thought Mendenhall agreed to a deal with Arizona? Seattle is just going nuts in free agency. I didn't know they had so much cap space.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostBucs D-end Michael Bennett signs a 1 year deal worth 5 million with Seattle. He was rumored to be close to a deal with Miami and then Detroit. He ends up in Seattle. Nice pickup, he was a solid pass rusher last season. Will donate kidney for B12 membership.

Why? He ran hard when given the opportunity last season.Originally posted by The_Douger View PostAt this point I'd prefer Denver to pick up a guy like Bradshaw, cut Knowshow Moreno, and grab the Michigan State kid in the draft."I don't know the origin of said bitch booming."-Art Vandelay

New NFL Rule being proposed: RB's no longer can hit with the crown of their head or will be penalized.
Emmitt Smith speaks pretty vocally about his feelings on this new proposed rule...

Yet another step closer to being a lingerie league. Emmitt says it all right here:
“I disagree with the rule altogether. It doesn’t make any sense for that position. It sounds like it’s been made up by people who have never played the game of football.’’

I may be small, but I'm slow.
A veteran - whether active duty, retired, or national guard or reserve is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to, "The United States of America ", for an amount of "up to and including my life - it's an honor."
